The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT roles and the technology hiring landscape, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within a fast-paced recruitment environment and familiarity with applicant tracking systems will be an advantage.
