About the role
This role is based at a warehouse facility in Gurgaon, Haryana, and sits within the inbound operations function of a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand. The position is offered on a third-party payroll basis.
The Inbound Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day inbound warehouse activities. This includes receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely put-away in line with standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and supervise inbound shipment receiving and verification
- Ensure proper documentation and system entry for all incoming stock
- Monitor inventory accuracy and flag discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics and inventory control
- Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards
Candidates should have hands-on experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, with a working knowledge of inbound logistics processes. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with warehouse management systems are essential for success in this role.
