HSSE Lead

The employer is seeking an experienced HSSE Lead to join its operations in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards across the facility, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

In this role, the HSSE Lead will develop, implement, and monitor safety management systems, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions. The position requires close collaboration with site teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture throughout the workplace.

• Develop and maintain HSSE policies, procedures, and documentation
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up processes
• Deliver safety training and awareness programmes for site personnel
• Ensure statutory compliance and liaise with regulatory authorities as required
• Track and report key HSSE metrics to management and clients
