The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact within the shared services model, helping to streamline total rewards operations and maintain data integrity across HR systems. Collaboration with CoE specialists and HR business partners will be central to the role.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the administration of compensation and benefits programmes
- Coordinating with the Total Rewards CoE on policy implementation and process queries
- Maintaining accurate employee data related to rewards within HR systems
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and analytics for the CoE team
