An HR Recruiter is sought to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet organisational hiring needs.
About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their human resources team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains qualified talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Managing offer processes and supporting smooth candidate onboarding
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is preferred.
