About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screening applications and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer management and onboarding support
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is expected for this role.
