About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter based in Puducherry to join their human resources team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing requirements to successfully placing candidates in appropriate roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Managing offer processes and supporting smooth onboarding of new hires
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition will be an advantage.
