Key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with relevant departments
- Managing offer processes and supporting onboarding activities
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of recruitment practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in a similar HR or talent acquisition role will be an advantage.
