An HR Recruiter is sought to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra and involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent.
About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organisation's hiring needs by managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Maintaining and updating recruitment records and databases
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is expected to be an advantage.
