HR Recruiter

The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their team in Kolathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talent to support the organisation's growth.

As an HR Recruiter, the individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain and update recruitment records and databases
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates
