HR Recruiter

The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent to facilitating the hiring process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Managing candidate communication and ensuring a positive recruitment experience
• Maintaining accurate records of applicants and recruitment activity

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is expected to be an advantage.
