About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their team in Ludhiana, Punjab. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to successfully placing the right candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Managing candidate communication and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition is an advantage.
