HR Manager – Domestic BPO (Preferred)
An experienced HR Manager is sought to oversee human resources operations, ideally with a background in the domestic BPO sector. The role is based in Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra.
About the role
The employer is looking for a capable and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage human resources functions at their Swargate, Pune office. Candidates with prior experience in the domestic BPO industry will be given preference for this position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labour regulations. A strong understanding of HR best practices within a fast-paced service environment is essential.
- Experience in domestic BPO or a similar service-driven organisation is preferred
- Proven ability to manage core HR functions independently
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Based in or willing to work from Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra
