A prominent pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner – Corporate to join its HR team based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role sits at the intersection of people strategy and business performance, working closely with senior stakeholders across corporate functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR partnership to designated business units, including talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters
- Driving talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts
- Supporting performance management cycles and capability-building programmes
- Collaborating with centres of excellence to implement HR policies and practices
- Analysing HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Candidates with a strong background in HR business partnering, ideally within a large corporate or regulated industry environment, are encouraged to apply.
