A prominent pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner – Corporate to join its human resources team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is central to partnering with corporate business units and enabling effective people management across the organisation.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals. Key responsibilities include talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and supporting leadership on organisational development initiatives.
- Partner with corporate business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support business performance
