About the role
The HR Associate Partner for Last Mile PXT serves as a dedicated human resources business partner embedded within last-mile delivery operations. The position works closely with operational managers and front-line associates to support a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Employee Relations: Managing workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Talent & Workforce Planning: Supporting hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in coordination with operations and recruiting teams.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and adherence to applicable labour laws and company standards.
- Data & Insights: Using HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend people-related improvements.
