HR Associate Partner – Last Mile PXT

Amazon is seeking an HR Associate Partner to join its Last Mile People Experience and Technology (PXT) team based in Faridabad, Haryana. The role is focused on delivering HR partnership and support to last-mile delivery operations, working closely with operations leaders and frontline employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving people-related initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and processes across the last-mile network. This is a hands-on role that requires regular presence on the floor and engagement with a large, dynamic workforce.

• Partner with operations and business leaders to address workforce and people challenges
• Support employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Drive talent and people experience programs within the last-mile delivery function
• Collaborate with the broader PXT team on HR projects and initiatives

This position is well-suited to an HR professional with experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments who is comfortable operating both strategically and at a ground level to support a large frontline workforce.
