About the role
This position is part of Amazon's People Experience and Technology (PXT) team, supporting the Last Mile delivery network. The HR Associate Partner will work closely with operational and business leaders to align human resources practices with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a strategic HR business partner to Last Mile operations leadership
- Supporting talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning initiatives
- Driving HR programs and policies that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to implement people-focused solutions
The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience in HR business partnering within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage.
