About the role
This position is part of Amazon's People Experience and Technology (PXT) function, supporting the Last Mile delivery network. The HR Associate Partner will work closely with operational and business leaders to align human resources strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
The role involves end-to-end HR partnering responsibilities, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning. The successful candidate will be expected to diagnose organizational issues, recommend solutions, and drive implementation in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Serving as a strategic HR partner to Last Mile operations leadership
- Managing employee relations matters and ensuring policy compliance
- Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Driving engagement programs and culture-building activities
- Using data and metrics to identify HR trends and inform decision-making
