HR Associate Partner – Last Mile PXT

Amazon is seeking an HR Associate Partner – Last Mile PXT to join its People Experience and Technology (PXT) team based in Faridabad, Haryana. The successful candidate will serve as a key HR point of contact for last-mile delivery operations, partnering closely with business leaders and frontline teams.

In this role, the HR Associate Partner will be responsible for driving core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. The position requires someone who can translate business needs into effective people strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operational managers to support day-to-day HR needs within last-mile delivery sites
• Managing employee relations matters in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner
• Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Driving HR programs and policies aligned with Amazon's PXT objectives

Candidates should bring strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in operations or logistics HR is an advantage.
