Housekeeping Manager – W Hotels

W Hotels is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department at its Panaji, Goa location. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property.

In this role, the individual will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained in line with brand standards. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.

• Oversee the full housekeeping operation including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Monitor inventory and manage supplies, equipment, and budgets efficiently
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
