Housekeeping Manager – W Hotels

W Hotels is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations at its Panaji, Goa location. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the property.

In this role, the individual will supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team, manage scheduling and workload distribution, and ensure that all guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the brand's quality benchmarks. Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a diverse team are essential to success in this position.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and common areas
• Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team
