W Hotels is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations at its Panaji, Goa location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the brand's exacting standards of cleanliness and presentation.
In this role, the Housekeeping Manager will plan, organise, and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team. Key responsibilities include scheduling and training staff, conducting room inspections, managing linen and supply inventories, and coordinating closely with the front office and maintenance departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across all areas of the property
- Recruit, train, and performance-manage housekeeping staff
- Monitor and control departmental budgets, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences consistent with the W Hotels brand.
