Housekeeping Manager

W Hotels is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join its team in Panaji, Goa. This role is central to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that guests expect from the W Hotels brand.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating daily operations across guest rooms and public spaces, and ensuring that all areas of the property meet established quality benchmarks.

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across the property
• Lead, train, and manage housekeeping team members
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand standards
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and requests promptly
