About the role
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping department at the W Hotels property in Panaji, Goa. This role requires ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the brand's high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, manage scheduling and resource allocation, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations and ensuring consistent quality standards
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
- Coordinating with the front office and maintenance teams for seamless room readiness
- Handling guest feedback related to housekeeping and implementing corrective actions
- Preparing reports and maintaining departmental records
