About the role
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping department at W Hotels in Panaji, Goa. This role requires ensuring that all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
- Train, schedule, and manage housekeeping team members
