About the role
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department at W Hotels' Panaji, Goa property. This role requires ensuring that all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces are maintained to the brand's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, manage scheduling and resource allocation, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Strong organizational and people management skills are essential to this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
- Managing and developing a team of housekeeping associates
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and brand standards are consistently met
- Coordinating with other departments such as Front Office and Engineering for seamless guest experiences
- Managing inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
