Housekeeping Manager

W Hotels is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join its team in Panaji, Goa. This role is responsible for leading and managing all housekeeping operations across the property, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet the brand's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The successful candidate will be expected to supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate daily assignments, and maintain quality control processes. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations and staff scheduling
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across all areas of the property
• Training, mentoring, and evaluating housekeeping team members
• Managing departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
