The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department at W Hotels' Panaji, Goa property. This role requires ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the brand's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, manage scheduling and workload distribution, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience are essential qualities for this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations across all areas of the property
- Training and developing housekeeping staff to meet brand standards
