In this position, the attendant will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with established hotel procedures. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a guest-first attitude are essential to performing well in this role.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned guest rooms and common areas
- Replenish room supplies and amenities as required
- Report maintenance issues or lost-and-found items promptly
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times
