About the role
The employer is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join its housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation throughout guest rooms and common areas of the property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms and suites in accordance with established standards
- Replenishing guest supplies, linens, and amenities as required
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and any safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and other public spaces
- Following all hygiene, safety, and brand-specific housekeeping protocols
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a guest-first attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a hotel housekeeping role is an advantage, though candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
