About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, corridors, and common areas are cleaned, serviced, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. The Housekeeping Associate plays a direct role in shaping the guest experience through attentive, thorough, and timely room care.
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and sanitising bathrooms
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, and other public areas within the property
- Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and any irregularities to the housekeeping supervisor promptly
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and brand standards as required by the property
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically active, and committed to delivering a welcoming environment for every guest. Prior experience in a hotel housekeeping role is an advantage, though candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
