About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, corridors, and common areas are cleaned, serviced, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. The Housekeeping Associate plays a key part in delivering a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest.
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and sanitising bathrooms
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, and other public areas within the property
- Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and any unusual observations to the supervisor promptly
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and brand standards as directed by the housekeeping department
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit for the demands of the role, and committed to providing a clean and pleasant stay for guests. Prior experience in a hotel housekeeping role is an advantage, though candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
