Housekeeping Associate

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, serviced, and presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role plays a key part in shaping the overall guest experience at the property.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established housekeeping procedures
• Replenishing room supplies, amenities, and linen as required
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items promptly to the relevant departments
• Maintaining cleanliness of housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and storage areas
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work efficiently within a team environment. Prior experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is an advantage, though a willingness to learn and a commitment to quality are equally valued.
