About the role
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for upholding the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of guest rooms and common areas. This role plays a direct part in ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to established standards
- Replenishing room supplies, linens, and amenities as required
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property, or any irregularities to the relevant supervisor
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically active, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of cleanliness. Prior experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is an advantage, though a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally valued.
