Housekeeping Associate

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards of hygiene and comfort. This role plays a direct part in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces in accordance with established procedures
• Replenishing room amenities, linens, and toiletries as required
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items promptly to the relevant department
• Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically active, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. Prior experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is an advantage, though a willingness to learn and a commitment to quality are equally valued.
