The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, replenishing room amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and responding promptly to guest requests. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a comfortable guest experience are essential.
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to established standards
- Replenish toiletries, linen, and other in-room supplies as required
- Report any maintenance faults or damage to the relevant department
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as directed by the supervisor
