The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all assigned areas — including guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces — are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Replenishing guest supplies and amenities as required
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property, or any unusual findings to the relevant supervisor
- Maintaining cleanliness of housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and storage areas
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
