The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role that directly contributes to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms and suites in accordance with established standards
- Replenishing room supplies, linens, and amenities as required
- Maintaining cleanliness in corridors, public areas, and service pantries
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property, or any irregularities to the supervisor promptly
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
