Housekeeping Associate

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, serviced, and presented to the highest standards. This role plays a direct part in shaping the overall guest experience by maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors in accordance with established housekeeping procedures
• Replenish room supplies, linens, and amenities as required
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the relevant department promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, trolleys, and housekeeping equipment
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in a housekeeping or similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing and moving for extended periods
