About the role
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and order. This role plays a direct part in shaping the overall guest experience at the property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms and corridors in line with established procedures
- Replenishing room supplies, amenities, and linen as required
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property, or any irregularities to the relevant department promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and housekeeping equipment
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit for the demands of the role, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service. Prior experience in a housekeeping or hospitality environment is an advantage, though a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are equally valued.
