Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning, tidying, and preparing guest rooms according to property standards
- Replenishing toiletries, linen, and other in-room supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and other public areas
- Reporting maintenance issues or lost-and-found items to the relevant department
- Following health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
