About the role
The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all assigned rooms and common areas are cleaned, serviced, and presented to the highest standards at all times.
- Room Servicing: Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and sanitising bathrooms.
- Public Area Maintenance: Keep corridors, lobbies, and other shared spaces neat, tidy, and presentable throughout the shift.
- Linen and Supplies: Manage linen, cleaning materials, and guest supplies efficiently, reporting shortages or damage as required.
- Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, or safety concerns to the relevant department.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically active, and committed to maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Prior experience in a housekeeping role within a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage.
