A Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hospitality.

The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all assigned rooms and common areas are cleaned, serviced, and presented to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms in accordance with established housekeeping procedures
- Replenishing room amenities, linens, and supplies as required
- Maintaining cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property, or any irregularities to the supervisor promptly
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit for the demands of the role, and committed to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest. Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage, though not mandatory.
