The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. This role plays a direct part in shaping the comfort and satisfaction of every guest during their stay.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces in accordance with established procedures
- Replenishing room supplies, linens, and amenities as required
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items to the relevant department promptly
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit for the demands of the role, and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
