About the role
A well-known hospitality organisation is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join its team at its Goa property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are consistently clean, well-presented, and stocked in line with established brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms daily, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and sanitising bathrooms
- Maintaining cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and other assigned public spaces
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property, or any irregularities to the supervisor promptly
- Handling guest requests courteously and efficiently
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a guest-first attitude. Prior experience in a housekeeping role within a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage, though candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
