The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are kept clean, orderly, and well-presented at all times. This position is based in Goa, India, and forms part of the core housekeeping operations team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces in accordance with established standards
- Replenishing guest amenities and supplies as required
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department promptly
- Handling guest requests and queries in a courteous and professional manner
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
