About the role

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards. This role plays a direct part in shaping the overall guest experience and ensuring satisfaction throughout each stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors in accordance with established standards
Replenish room supplies, linens, and amenities as required
Report maintenance issues, lost property, or safety concerns to the relevant department promptly
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and service areas as directed
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

What is Expected:

Prior experience in a housekeeping or similar hospitality role is an advantage
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
Good physical stamina and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
