Housekeeping Associate

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, serviced, and presented to the highest standards. This role plays a vital part in delivering a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in accordance with established housekeeping procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness of corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Replenishing guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as required
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or lost property to the appropriate department promptly
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
