Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and sanitising bathrooms
- Maintaining cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and service areas
- Reporting maintenance issues, lost property, or any irregularities to the relevant department promptly
- Handling linen, supplies, and equipment with care and in accordance with property guidelines
