About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, corridors, and common areas are cleaned, serviced, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. The Housekeeping Associate plays a direct role in shaping the guest experience through attention to detail and consistent service delivery.
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and sanitising bathrooms
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, and other public areas within the property
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and any damage to supervisors promptly
- Follow all housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards
- Interact courteously with guests and respond to requests in a timely manner
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit for the demands of the role, and committed to delivering a clean and welcoming environment for every guest. Prior experience in a hotel housekeeping department is an advantage, though candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
